I have full Sprint service everywhere in NYC (lucky me) so i'm looking forward to great battery life. I'm currently on Windows Phone (which I like alot, but wish hardware was better on sprint) and the battery is great. It would be hard to go back to Evo 4G type battery haha.

I hope Sprint isn't worse than AT&T at my parents' house. My iPhone 4S barely gets any signal. There are 2 spots in the house that I can actually call and text and even then it doesn't always work. I'm actually thinking of switching to Sprint for that reason (and because I want unlimited data).

Hopefully, this phone's battery will be able to go on through out the day even with low signal (the coverage here can be kind of bad).

I get craptastic signal (with AT&T) at work, and I can usually make it through the day without having to charge my 4S. But I have a tendency to hammer it pretty hard by surfing the web and listening to music, so I don't know if I'd call my usage pattern typical. That said, the EVO (if I'm not mistaken) has a larger battery than the iPhone 4S, so depending on how you use the phone you might not have an issue.

True, but you also have to keep in mind that you're on a GSM carrier and that I'm on a CDMA carrier. I'm not sure if that makes a difference, but it might. Also the fact that iOS and Android are two different OSes. But in 12 days, we will find out for sure

I think CDMA generally gets less battery life, or least that's how it used to be. Not sure if it's still like that. In any case, I think you'll be alright.
