Wirefly: $119.99 (link inside)

This is a great deal, and I tried to purchase it. However, there's no way to maintain my current 1500 Everything Data plan (which is $110 monthly). Wirefly forces you to switch to the 1500 Everything Family Plan (which is $129 monthly).

So, an additional $240 per year to save $70 now... No thanks.

EDIT:

Called Sprint directly and asked them about the plans. The Sprint Rep stated that Wirefly has no capability to change an existing plan, only extend your current contract.... I asked to speak with her supervisor. The supervisor verrified that Wirefly as a 3rd Party supplier/partner with Sprint, cannot fascilitate a change to a plan, only establish a new contract, or extend an existing contract.

So, I upgraded.

Second Edit: Wirefly CANCELLED my order, as they can't process orders for Sprint Business Customers. What a waste of time...

I bought 2 of these for $119 yesterday, one for me and one for my dad. My orders are sitting at "Approved - Awaiting Inventory". Can't Wait!

I ordered through the Wirefly website yesterday, and my current status is "Approved, awaiting inventory".

I also got this message:

"Inventory Update
We apologize for the inconvenience, but the phone you ordered is extremely popular.
We receive shipments of additional phones daily and will fulfill out-of-stock orders in the order in which they were received.
Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you an email with your shipping details and update this site.
Special Note for Preorders:
If you placed an order for a device that is currently in preorder, we will begin shipping them in the order they were received as soon as we are authorized to release the devices."

I hope my phone arrives when the others ship, or shortly after. I got the $119 price, and it says I will be charged a $36 activation fee upon receiving the phone.

I am curious as to how many preorders they have taken for this phone...I got my order in earlier...there is no indication of what number I am in the order line.

Thats what my shipping status looks like. And if you click on the hyperlink for "approved awaiting inventory" it will say "We apologize for the inconvenience, but the phone you ordered is extremely popular.

I talked to a Wirefly rep yesterday that told me that since that site is for Wirefly employee friends and family, that if I place an order using that link Wirefly will first have to verify that order before shipping to make sure I am eligible for that price. Anyone else hear about that?

When did your guy's get the 3rd check mark in there?

Mine has been on the 2nd check box waiting for the "order validation" since yesterday.

Thank you...I was just concerned because it looks like something may be messed up.

The lady asked me for the Sprint Billing Address which is currently San Diego...And then asked for the Delivery address of the phone and That's Chicago, then asked for the Credit Card address, which is my home in Chicago, different from the shipping address.

I was worried the lady would mess all that up and that's why mine was stuck on the 2nd check mark..

Hopefully all works out.

Mine appeared a couple hours after I placed the order, as well. But I did order it on Tuesday 5/8.
I just hope i don't regret cancelling my first pre-order from Monday 5/7.

I per-ordered yesterday.

I checked my credit card statement and its under "temporary transaction". Not sure what that means but hopefully I'll get that 3rd check sooooooooooooonnnn.

When I try and order this in the customer information screen it has the City and State Hardcoded as Spring TX. 77379?? Is there a way around this?

Thanks for the heads up. Order my phone today. Now I have to return my Galaxy Nexus. I loved the phone but the wifi and cdma radios weren't up to par. I could easily make call sitting in my living room with my 3D and now have to go outside or sit by a window.

Yea, I ordered yesterday morning around 9 central, and it was on my credit card when I checked this morning...So I am assuming all my info was good that I gave them.

Hope to see that 3rd check tomorrow afternoon sometime.

I seen that too while trying to finalize my order last night, but it gave me a pop up message asking to make any corrections in the address and a option to send them an email and i just filed that out with my proper address and said that that TX zip is wrong.
My order has the 3 green checks to the validation
