ditto...got mine on Amazon for $39. Based on reviews, people seem pleased, so I say give it a shot. $39 ain't cheap, but considering what these cost just a year ago, it's pennies. Some folks might feel safer buying in person at your local BB or wherever, but it will probably cost a bit more if you go that route.

Advice is what we ask for when we already know the answer...... but wish we didn't.

I had the 8gb class 2 card that came w/ my Evo for a while. Then upgraded to a 32gb class 10 card, but noticed no real difference in performance. Yes, class 10 is the fastest.

Has it been confirmed that this phone will not come with a sd card?

Granted i'm getting a new 64 gig to try out as i've seen reports that they will compatible. I would like to get one to keep as an extra for my doughters phone

I bought a 32GB g.skill card, class 10 aswell. The reason I decided to go with g.skill is that it was $29.99, and I also installed g.skill ram in my laptop a while back, 8GB DDR3 1333MHz (2x4GB) and my Windows experience RAM score is 7.5/7.9. g.skill is very good with memory.

I ordered my card from Newegg.

Will get my 32gb card on Friday after I pick my phone up from Best Buy (if it is available). Not really concerned with the class rating, I just want one under $30.

Quick tip: card classes have no guidelines to follow. Two different brands at the same "class" can have different read/write speeds. Its all marketing. Trust me, it used to be my job to write that jargon.

How would you go about choosing one then?

I do admit i'm not totally up to par with sd card info.

There are guidelines for class ratings, but some manufacturers love to me misleading and not follow them.

Many will openly advertise their transfer speeds. Others you can check online for. There is a great photography review site that does just that. I just can't seem to recall its name.
