What case are you going to wrap around your Evo 4gLTE?

You say that until it squirts out of your hands... Been there done that with my E4GT... I put a case on it pretty quickly after realizing that it was too damn thin.

I need to have a case that is thin enough to just protect it against light drops and bumps. I dont like to make a phone that is already large even bigger. That is why I currently have my Case Mate - Barely There on my EVO 3D and have loved it from day 1. I looked and Case Mate has these out there

Order this without hesitation, I promise you will like them. I dont want an Otterbox that is going to make the phone feel like a brick. Nothing against them though, my wife has one on her OG EVO and it is perfect for her since she does tend to be a little more clumsy with her phones

I'm sure i will go through a bunch. Right now I just have a Skin (Skit-it) on my OGEvo and in a Golla Pouch it works great to carry a spare battery and such. I had my pre like this as well. Just not sure how well it will work with the E4GLTE so might go the case route

If I go it will most likely be an Otter or one of those Tridents

I usually go through a few cases myself, but I'm going with Seidio's Surface case first.

And when/if Martin Fields come out with a screen protector for the E4GLTE, I'll get that one too.

If you look at their FB they told a guy to go to Best Buy and look at a certain brand there...I forget which brand it was though...pt...qt...something of that nature.

The Otter Commuter is slightly bigger but i think it protects much better.

I think i'll go with the Barely There case...maybe lol

I seen a clear snap on case too that i'd look at (if i can find it online again)

I was looking at the Otterbox Commuter. However at the rate things are going I might not be able to get a phone until the SGS III comes out given the way customs is holding my preorder.

They dont cover the top completetly, however, they kind of curve around the sides over the top to protect it slightly.

I will also get a seidio case as my Evo has been duly protected for the last two years. It was well worth the price I paid for the combo case I have.

The Platinum cases from Best Buy that are advertised this week show as in stock and my order for in store pickup is ready, so it seems that the cases are available for sale at this point, at least. Gotta be ready when my order gets through customs. :-)

TPU Case for me. I've had one on my Launch Day Evo 3D and my phone looks like new after MANY drops. I have dropped it from about 4.5-5 feet and there isn't a scratch on the phone even though it has landed screen facing down many times. TPU cases don't add a lot of bulk but offer the complete protection from when you drop your phone. I can't recommend them enough!!

Has anyone had these on any of their other phones? What was your experience with them? Do you think it is worth buying this one since I could pick it up the same time I get the phone and don't have to wait for the Seidio to ship? Is Platinum Series the brand name?
