If we don't get concrete information from Sprint and HTC tomorrow that this issue has been resolved, I think we are in for a long wait. There is the meeting to discuss settlements between HTC and Apple in August, and I think if we don't hear anything tomorrow, these phones are likely tied in with that. See

This would be incredibly sad, as it would essentially kill the phone. A few months later significantly better phones will be out.

I want my phone, and I want it on May 23! I wish someone besides Best Buy was espousing this date, because I don't see how they have any particular knowledge.

Really frustrated.
