How much is the bounty to get the code changed back to the menu via links?

I actually like the way it has been changed to. all in one place.

Hurry up and patent that HTC.

I DON'T like the way it has been changed. Until you can add your own, it's less functional than it was before.

Before, I get an email from twitter saying someone followed me. I tap the name, it brings up a menu and asks if I want to open it with twitter, another twitter client, or any browser.

Now? A browser window opens, meaning I lose functionality.

Until they allow you to customize it, it's worse than it used to be.

My question is, isn't the "offending" feature in pretty much all the versions of Android? Or was it a Sense only feature?

You Still Get To Designate What Links Open What. There Is Just A Work Around, And You Have To Program It To The App, In A Section Called "App Associations."

Yes (at least i think so), but Apple decided to shoot directly at HTC.

I Don't think we can easily check for the "offending" patent, but either way, we won't be able to make a difference about it.
