Used to be with the EVO 3D, when using the mail app and showing All Accounts there was a setting that you could reduce the number of lines shown on mail from 2 to 1 lines or no lines. On the LTE there appear to be no settings for the All Accounts screen, but only settings for each individual mail account (I.e. I can set it for my Yahoo account, or my Exchange Account, but not for when all accounts are displayed at once).

Any insight on this?

Finally figured this one out... I have to set ALL the accounts I have to the same number of lines shown (i.e. none) so that why viewing all accounts it is as I expect...
