You know I think it looks nice! The blue is not all that bad IMO. Hell if ATT sent me a free "blue" case I would take it! Wouldnt replace my Otter Box Defender BUT it would be nice to have if I was in a pinch.

One thing I can say is I would not complain! If anything sell it in a few weeks and take the cash. Even if you had to wait another week or so its still nice of Sprint to send them out for free. IMO...

I thought I'd give the case a chance (I got the blue one), but after seeing my phone's backside in someone else's picture, it just screams "ugly" to me, so I won't be using it further.

Not that I'd planned on using a case anyway, so no big deal. I do give Sprint credit for trying, I didn't really expect them to do anything.

Ah - I see what you mean. I went to a local Sprint Corp store today to repalce the ice blue with black.. they didn't have the gel version so no go there, but they had the body glove one.. I know thestand yo aure talking abt.. glad they could no teexchange that fir me as the ysaid the ycan only exchange even for even.. and body glove one wa 24.99 where as the smurf/ice blue was 21.99..

Yeah good for using around the house and waiting for my otterbox to arrive today..appreciated the temporary protection...Im a UFC and Boxing fan and walking into a sports bar with this thing on was not acceptable...lol..

Body Glove one is what I got looks awesome imo. The stand is not that hot but its free so hell yeah baby!

I never used a case on my OG Evo, wasn't planning on using one on the new one, but it actually looks fine, is unobtrusive, and for those of you making fun of the red HTC , it was obviously made to match the red kickstand exactly.
..and no one who has noticed my phone in the last week has mentioned anything except...the screen is so friggin beautiful, and the phone is so responsive and fast (network notwithstanding)- no one noticed, cared about, nor commented on:
1) the color of the case
2) the back of the phone
3) the glossy cover
4) the red kickstand
5) my tie
6) my shirt
7) anything else about the esthetics that everyone has been complaining about since April

(reminds me of when I used to go car shopping with my wife, and while I was reviewing specs with the salesman, we'd give her the seat and paint color swatches to keep her busy, sexist, yet true...man up, guys!!!)

Note to Sprint:
Thank you for the free case and free shipping for said free case, it was very thoughtful of you, and a very thoughtful gesture that was done without announcement to generate free PR (as opposed to Apple that got dragged kicking and screaming into a necessary case as a fix, and then rolled out the PR machine to spin how generous they were). Now, if you can get back to work getting that LTE available...

I got ready to crack up and clicked this thread, but it doesn't look that ugly. Just a normal case with a plain design. Since it's free, you should just take it!

I wasn't a fan of the blue color, but I won't be using it for other reasons.

1 is that it attracts way too much dust and is hard to clean it off.

2 it seems to build up static. when removing the case you can hear static crackle on the glossy cover, and when listening to music through headphones I can hear popping when the phone is moved due to static. Not cool.

The case rocks! I can actually get a grip on the phone and not have to worry about dropping it. Without the case, the back of the phone can feel slick. I happen to like the colors, and I think Sprint did us a solid by sending it to us for free. They certainly didn't need to.
