Phantom notification?

I keep getting a notification beep with nothing in the notification bar and the LED light blinking? Ugh. Anyone else? No new email or Gmail, sms or calender event.

I haven't had an issue like this, and I have notifications for facebook, twitter, gmail, voicemail, and text messages setup.

Could it be when your roaming? My EVO 3d used to beep when roaming

My guess is its roaming data, my wife's does this because she hasn't enabled data roaming yet.

Think it might be the Yahoo Mail app. In settings you can prevent notifications appearing in the status bar but there is NO option to restrict the app to check for mail. Lame. Not certain but I think that's the culprit.

Mine was the Yahoo! Mail. I know I turned off the vibrate, but maybe when I restarted my phone it the vibrate alert rechecked itself. Weird.
