Are the 3 buttons supposed to be lit?

Seems like a silly question to ask, but are the 3 buttons on the bottom supposed to be lit during use? They are on my old EVO and on other Android devices that I have, but not on my EVOLTE. Kind of miss it too.

Eh really? They're always on when my EVO is in use, which I find kind of weird.

They're supposed to light up depending on the lighting situation. On my OG EVO it was very inconsistent. I haven't really noticed a problem yet with the EVOLTE.

Did a restart, and now they are working. Hopefully it stays that way.

Depends on the lighting situation you're in.

Try covering the top of the phone with your hand to block light from the light sensor which is under the speaker.

I have a related question in regards to these 3 buttons. Are they suppose to vibrate whenever you press them? I can't recall because I never really paid any attention. For some I thought they do...

They will vibrate if you have that option turned on.

Settings > Sound > Vibrate Feedback
