Why is it that this feature only works sometimes? Is this the feature that infringed on Apples patent?
From my long awaited and totally worth it EVO LTE!

The patent that was an issue involved long-pressing on a phone number (like in an email) and the phone showing a pop-up screen giving you multiple options.

thats only for a text message, from what i understand. but i dont know. its to dumb to care about

yeah like midmofan said, i think that was only for phone numbers. if there are links or other things that can open in multiple places it will ask for what you want to do. however, if you click on a phone number, it wont ask, it will just bring up the dialer.
