Just got my EVO LTE today. While setting it up I noticed that, while I had enabled the setting to do so, I was unable to install apps from unknown sources. So far I've tried toggling the setting, turning it off and reseting the phone. Suggestions before a factory reset?

It works for me. I'm beta testing an app for a developer right now and also installed Foxfi from a web site. I didn't have to do anything special.
