Missing HTC widgets...

I'll give someone a $1 if they let me know how to get the following widgets on the new EVO. HTC Footprints & HTC Notes. Can't find them in HTC Hub or anywhere else. I used them a lot on last EVO. Thanks.

Sorry, but you can use GeoTag as an alternate to Footprints. If you're not able to find it

The notes widget is missing and the Notes app too, both of which are on the international version of the One X. Sucks that carriers have the say in what standard apps are included on their models of phones.

Well a lot of people complained about bloatware on phones. This is what happens. I use Catch notes.

Try EverNote. It's an Editor's Choice and on the New York Times top 10 list of must-have apps.

They could at least put them in the HTC Hub or Play Store.

I actually want HTC Note specifically for it's evernote integration. I use evernote, however I dislike the interface and photo features on the Android app, which is why I'm currently using other apps (CamScanner) to put notes into Evernote.

You might try Catch notes as well. I like it because I can read the notes offline.

I wonder if someone could port the APKs for the old apps for you.

I hope someone can.I found footprint's very useful with my job.Can't seem to find anything in the play store that has the same intergration with google maps

And I loved the HTC Tasks "To do List". Simple and no others are as good and they have ads too.

On my AT&T One X I can find two Notes widgets and one Tasks widget by simply long pressing on the home screen.

I saw the notes widget on an AT&T OneX and I really loved it. When I got my Evo, I was so disappointed to find that it's not there. More than just displaying your notes, I loved the interface of it and the fact that you could just tap on the widget and type or "write" a note with the touch screen and it would just be right there for you to look at on your home screen. So nice....if anyone can find a way to get it, I would appreciate it SO much.
