3g speeds Orlando

Ive been averaging around 2mb speeds today.There was a prl update today and I will be testing throughout the day.Prior to the update I was getting around 1 mb ,which was much better than the E3d.Anyone else in the Orlando area experiencing this ?

Is that after the update,cause I was getting half my speed before the update.

I still don't get a signal at my house, so i can't verify any increase in speeds. I checked the speed at the Lake Underhill/Alafaya Trail tower near waterford yesterday and my download was ~300kbps with upload around the same. Sad that is about as fast as I ever see over here. The speed in lake mary earlier this week was coming in around 1000kbps.
