How well does the 4G LTE play with iTunes? I saw a video from an HTC exec saying it would sync but that was a long time ago. Can it be done without the use of additional apps like Doubletwist?

It really all depends on the type of media you are syncing. More specifically, what media file type are you looking to sync?

There are many apps and services that can sync your music, for me selecting all my in itunes and copying and pastining it right onto the phone when mounted to a computer. Make a folder called music and put it all in there. This way always works for me
