Why would you want to do that ? (I know I hit the left arrow key insatead of the back delete button but want to know why )..

ah - so similar problem.. will watch this thread if there is a solution, but I am sure you can use a different market keyboard to replace this one... no ?

The first thing I did on the Evo was download an ICS keyboard from the Market (I use Ice Cream Sandwhich Keyboard by johntanmi).

It is an excellent keyboard without any arrow keys. For me the arrow key just took up valuable screen real estate and didn't provide any benefit IMHO.

Which exact kb is that ? theer are a fwe that popped up with "icecream sandwich... " knowking the dev will help getting the right recommendation.
