Default How-To: Turn off HTC error reporting

This is on by default. Easy to turn off, and it seems to be helping my battery a bit.

Settings -> About -> Tell HTC and error reporting, then uncheck all boxes.

I believe it gives you the option when you first set up your phone.

That may be true, but it's one less thing (in my opinion) that doesn't need to be running.

When I purchased the phone the guy set it up before I had a chance to tell him to turn off the tips and other options.
