Can someone tell me where to put files to have notification sounds not preloaded on the phone to show up? I'd like to add some sounds but they don't show up. Does it need to be in a special location, or be a special file type?

Any audio file that Android can play should be fine... I use MP3s.

Place them in the "\media\audio\notifications\" folder of either your phone's internal memory, or on your SD card, and they should show up when you're selecting notification sounds.
