Google Voice Missed Calls and GV Voice mails not going to GV

Not sure when this started happening but my GV missed calls and voice mails are not showing up under GV.. I see a missed call and VM indicator on phone's log, but not on GV.. neither in GV app on EVO 4G LTE nor on GV website.. what happened ?

Also, annoyingly I am getting VMs only through the Sprint (or is it Sprint) VM app..

I need help with resolving both these issues.

Try redoing the association in Google Voice. I use GV for voicemails as well and for whatever reason (possibly an update to Sprint Voicemail) GV gets dumped and I have to set it up again.

I noticed this too, starting yesterday. I disabled GV until it gets sorted. I can't afford to miss voice mails.
