Talking Camera speed, Onboard Memeory vs SD card differences?

Hey AndroidCenter & Fellow EVO LTE owners!

I've noticed that when I save images to the SD card and do a continuous shoot, it will save much less pictures than when I do continuous shoot and have the phone save the pictures to the on-board memory.

Should I be worried about this? Or is it because my SD cards write speed isnt as fast?

Also, when I go to internal storage, I only see about 10 gigs free? From what I understand the phone has 16 gb of on board memory correct? It cant be possible that the rom takes up 6?

    Thanks again!

I noticed this as well..my camera became much more sluggish and unreliable when I set it to save to my SD card. I'd hold down the shutter button and the screen would just freeze for a few seconds, then a spinning wheel would come up, and then it would save 2 pictures. Not only that but it took forever to actually access those picture by pressing on the little preview on the bottom right corner. That SD card was a class 2 that I was using as a place holder until I got my new one, a class 10, which I just installed yesterday. I haven't tested yet, but I'm hoping it works much better.

I have a class 10 sc card in my Evo and burst mode works great so I think you will get a pleasant surprise when you put your new class 10 card in your phone
