Mediashare and Xbox.

Does media share work with Xbox. I've been messing with it and can't see to get the videos to show up on there.

And what's the deal with HTC media sync. I have my old samsung 16gb sd card so I could mount for mass storage. But I run linux and it appears their program isn't available.

I would venture a guess to say no, not directly. I am not 100% sure as there is always an app somewhere that can make two distinctly different devices talk to each other, but I have not heard of anything.

The reason being could be the security protocols that are in place on the Xbox as well as the Android device.

You may have to set the android device to a mass media device in the usb settings, where the xbox would see it as an external storage device.

I know that will work. Use to do it on my nexus.

Imediashare was working. Stopped playing after like 20 minutes. Couldn't figure out why.
