Missing Missed Call Notifications

Is anyone else having missed calls sometimes not provide a missed call notification on the Evo 4G LTE? It doesn't happen to me all the time, but enough to be annoying. A call will be missed, but nothing shows up in the notification bar. However, if I go into dialer it will show up in the history as a missed call with the red exclamation point. If I get a voicemail and then look at my missed calls, I catch it, but if the caller doesn't leave a voicemail I may not know they ever tried to call.

I have not had that problem.
