Is there a way to make my location more accurate when I go on Google Maps app? it has my location alwys off by a handful of blocks. It becomes frustrating when finding walking directions or driving. Thanks

Have you tried enabling Google's location service in Settings / Location? I just checked Google Maps and it's accurate within 30 feet.

Ive used google maps in and outdoors at my work, house and other places and its always accurate for me within feet and locks on within a few seconds

Yeah, everything is enabled. It definetly is not down to 30 feet or so with mine. i would say plus or minus a feww hundred feet at least.

Works here too. In my house I am pinpointed at about 15 feet. Try turning off WiFi. Sometimes it gets the fix from the network.

This. If you have WiFi enabled but not connected to a router, it seems to muck things up if you don't have a strong GPS fix. Just this morning, Maps had me *miles* away from my actual location. I turned off WiFi, came back into maps, and got a much more accurate fix (within feet).
