Anyone not able to get the OTA?

Ive tried numerous times to force phone to search for HTC software update, but phone keeps saying I'm up to date. Is this normal?

The update wiped my device.
This was Wednesday night.

Checked for the update, downloaded it, installed it, and still using my phone with no problems or memory loss. Painless and easy.

Mine downloads fine, but it can't install. Just gives me the red triangle error after it gets about 1/4th of the way through the progress bar. I'm rooted with zedomax's method, but not unlocked (s-on).

Others that rooted using Zedomax's method have claimed that they were able to get the OTA, but no luck for me after trying about 3-4 times already.

I still haven't gotten the OTA. My phone says its up to date. It's been well over 10 days since the OTA was released. What gives?
