Yeah, this is just kind of venting, but I really don't get it. The EVO is now just $130 through Amazon? I think I recall that my OG EVO was $200 for a little while practically everywhere. That's why I decided that waiting probably wasn't worth it, and went ahead with my pre-order. If I had known that just a little over a month later, the price would be almost halved and I'd have a choice of white (saw it in the store, sexy), I definitely would have waited. I'm only thankful that I didn't convince the rest of my family to adopt early as well, and now they can all get this phone for relatively cheap. I guess this phone marks the end of my status as an early adopter. I'd recommend most people doing the same, and waiting in the future.

Yeah, that is usually the case with all phones. If you wait a month or two you will generally save quite a bit of cash.
