It only works if you set up a new account on your EVO LTE.
Existing accounts dont get the credit, i have emailed HTC to see if they can apply the credit to older accounts. Ill update if or when i get an answer.

I went to HTCSense.com and deleted my account, then set it up again on the phone and got the $25 credit. Just another avenue to try that may work.

It's in your app draw, it's called watch. Contrary to what has been said, you need some code which I can't find anywhere. It shows there is a 25 dollar credit but when you try to use it it wants the redeem code.

I deleted my current htcsense account and created a new one....still no credit. I went into WATCH app and tried to sign in, said my login details aren incorrect. And numerous times I requested the password to be sent to my email for the past coupe days, still havent received anything. Therefore i cant even sign into Watch account nor create a new account because it says that there is an existing arrount associated with this email address. Is Watch down or something?!

Thanks, I may have uninstalled it, my bad, I remembered seeing it, was pissed I couldn't find it, then saw all my disabled apps, realized I uninstalled it, any way to get it back?

It doesn't work with rooted phones. Mine worked fine without having to enter any code. Just use a different email when signing in to watch, create new account like and u should be fine. Well, was for me anyways.

If I do a factory reset what do I need to take into consideration?, just pull out my memory card? Rest of contacts on google gmail right?, I know it sounds stupid, but I've never done this before!
