How can HTC say the phone works as designed when I am listening to Google Music while riding my mountain bike and a phone call comes in, which I didn't answer, and the music doesn't return. not only did it not return when i went in and hit play again it started 2 songs behind where i was currently at.

I personally also blame Google for this. As much as you can sit and blame the OEMs, they do what they can within whats allowed.

Android isn't even truly open, so why Google doesn't enforce certain things to maintain a consistent UX is beyond me.

I do love many things about my E4GLTE but boy do I see the major benefits to platforms like Windows Phone when Android allows itself to be botched so massively.
