Ques Regarding Speaker/Volume issues

I have searched MANY forums and still no solid answer to my question: why is the volume so low on the 4g LTE. I mean all I want to be able to do is clearly here incoming calls and message notifications, forget the music! I just want the basics!

Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated !

Several others have this issue, search the forums here. Honestly I think it is the device. Mine and many others are nice and loud and clear.

Take it to a sprint store and compare it to a floor model.

I don't think you're gonna get a solid answer as to why the volume is too low. First "low" is relative. I'm sure you've had folks say their volume is just fine. My son's volume was fine on his Evo lte. Second, if there is a volume issue, the posters wouldn't know why. You'd have to contact the manufacturer.

My volume is fine with ring tones but as far as listening to music or videos it leaves a lot to be desired.

If you can get past some of the comments on here, please know you are not alone and its not your ears! I have the same problem and am going directly to the phone store because its ridiculous how low the volume is on this phone. I've tried everything and it just isn't loud enough to hear.
