I have a Trident Aegis Hard Case Over Silicone w/ Screen Protector - Red/ Black

    Right side

    Left side

The bonus feature of product is the charging port and headphone plug is covered with a flap to keep dust out.

The cruzerlite, or the diztronic flexible TPU case? I'm sort of liking the Diztronic better, but it looks a bit thicker. And, does it have a lip on the front, enough to protect the glass when face down? do either.

    Anyone have both?
The cruzerlite has the lip and it is pretty much as thin as you can make a case and still have protection. My phone is white and Grey so the clear cruzerlite makes it look at first glance or to the untrained eye like I don't have a case on at all.

Phone looks great but the covers on charging port and phones jack would drive me crazy. I never had a dust issue with any phone.

I have both. The Diztronic is slightly thinner, but is a little more slick. It happens to be my favorite case for my black phone. Barely looks like I have a case on and I like the feel.

it is really very beautiful pic, but i think it is just a waste of money, cause LTE is not easy to be scrached and damaged, it is really no need to use case. the designers of LTE had solved the screen scrached problems.

To say you don't like cases is one thing,, to say we waste our money on cases because the phone practically can't be damaged (basically what you're saying) is just stupid. Although I have never dropped a smartphone in 5 years I still can see that just a normal 3 foot drop onto cement will cause some sort of damage,, sorry but that Is just physics. A case will in most cases prevent that corner from being damaged or scratched. Also,, this phone in particular is so thin that a thin case on it just feels better in my hands so for that reason alone it is not a waste of money. One other thing,, keep kidding yourself that the screen can't be scratched. Funny thing how all these new phones you see threads pop up,, people complaining "how did I get this scratch,, I want a replacement". See them all the time and I just laugh. If going with no protection at all is good for you then cool,, all the power to you but you should not tell others they are "wasting their money" because they are being responsible for a very expensive device.

I am addicted, too. I have about 15 of them! I have the s line as well but it doesn't seem loose and I like that I can feel the two levels of the camera button.

I have the Diztronic. It doesn't add much bulk at all and slides in and out of my pocket with ease. It has a great feel to it. Phone is still dent/scratch-free even after a couple of drops.

I went ahead and ordered the Diztronic black case from AMZN, (9.5$ shipped) I like this case, goes on nicely, VERY thin, I think it will protect the meat of the device just fine, it has the small lip on the front so the device can be silenced with the flip over, and/or one can activate the speakerphone with the flip-over.

As others noted, the ONLY really issue I have with the case - and it's not really a big one - is the hole for the power switch seems a tad offset, making it just a TINY bit more difficult to hit the power button to light up the device. I don't think it's a molding issue, I think it IS a design INTENTION. The power button on the top of the HTC EVO 4G LTE is not straight on, it's a bit offset. If the case makes make more space for the hole between the front of the button and the front of the CASE, the amount of material on the LIP would be very thin and would most likely break or tear with minimal use. Leaving a bit of hanging rubber material and annoying customers. So, they make that one lip a bit wider and therefore it comes very close to the edge of the power button. No issues with the camera button opening though.

For the money I think this is a very good case! Now, to decide whether or not to put a screen protector on this puppy.

What I like about the barely there case is the top,, the power button and mic jack has nothing at all covering,, same as bottom. Just covers enough of their corners for protection. This case changes the appearance of your phone the least out of every case.

I got my case from ebay for a different phone the s3 but the quality is good for a $10.00 case, plus it came with a free screen protector. The seller has similar cases for the evo 4g lte

Not so much using a case lol, I but for $1.50 on Amazon you can't beat the Xtreme Guard for price. I've never used a front and back wet application screen protector before so we'll see how well it works out. I also have an Otterbox Commuter and a Disztronic TPU case.

I agree. I never used a case on my OG EVO, but put a Seidio Surface case on my EVO LTE after a few short days of seeing how easily it scuffed. Works great and looks great.

My clear cruzerlite case has some sort of black discoloration on it and I don't know where it came from. That did it for me with that case. Keep it as a backup.

Thanks another reason I like it is because it makes the entire back of the phone match. I'd rather it be all matte finish but all gloss is better than half and half IMO

I agree too and I wish it was more red on the black one also that why I got the white one cause it had an even amount of both color.
