Random reboot?
Anyone else having this issue? All of a sudden, my phone has done this about 6 times in the past week, and twice so far today. Haven't had any other issues with my phone since launch. Been sending the error reports to HTC for whatever good that does...

Happening to me to, not quite that often though. I'm keeping screenshots of every time it happens so I can prove it to sprint when the time comes that I can't stomach it anymore.

Re: Random reboot?
I'm getting them too; I'm on my second EVO LTE here. First one had the 3G radio completely die; this one resets. Bummer. Wishing I had the S3 (oh, wait, Sammy got busted.......)

Re: Random reboot?
Sometimes I press the power button on the phone to turn on the screen and nothing happens. Screen won't turn on. I have to restart the phone (power + volume down) and that's super annoying. It's happen twice today and probably 4-5 times last week.

What happens is you turn your screen on and the is an exclamation point in a circle in your notification bar. When you open your notification bar it says something like "recovered from abnormal reset send error report". Then when you touch that item, you see this screen:

Spencer, where have you been all this time?!?!?
It just happened to me again, I was going to come and post that the update did nothing for my abnormal resets, and I saw this post. Just to test, I did the simulated battery pull and sure enough same result.
Now is a simulated battery pull is the only thing that causes this message?
And with a handle like that, do you work for HTC? - 08-30-2012, 08:32 PM

Doing the simulated battery pull whenever your phone starts to act goofy is recommended. I do this to mine every few days. I don't get this message when I initiate the reboot, only when it crashes. Incidentally, I think I found my culprit was a bad app. Its been a few days with no crashes since I uninstalled it.
