Dead pixel

I just realized I have a dead pixel on my screen. Does anyone know what Sprint or HTC's policy is on this? It's pretty annoying.

You can bring it into a Sprint store and see if they will exchange it for you.

I don't know if this still holds true, but I believe most manufacturers consider less than 7 dead/stuck pixels to be within the acceptable tolerance of LCD displays.
