It seems like all of my pictures have been turning out grainy and washed out. The lights in my pictures are always too bright. I'm also having issues with the camera focusing, sometimes when I point it at something the whole pic looks blurry, I have to touch the screen to get it to focus. It wasn't always like that, this has only been going on for the past few months. All of my settings are on default and I haven't done anything different with the camera. You guys have any ideas on how to fix this.

Check for a smudge on the lens.

Try opening the back case up and clean it off with a lint free/micro fiber towel. Don't forget out side cleaning too.

I cleaned the lens and the picture quality is still washed out

Go with Camera360 (free app). I think it takes better pictures. Also, you need plenty of natural light for a good picture. The flash is only going to make the picture worse in my opinion.

No issues with my cam(s) front/back are great, even in low light.

I agree. I also noticed that picutres I take seem more grainy then a few months ago. Not sure why the picture quality is slowly going downhill but I would love an answer as I do not think it should be necessary to download an app for picture taking. Thanks
