I don't have the "f my contacts up" option checked either and I still have the problem.

Been having these same issues for a while, and hoped the JB update would negate them...doesn't seem to thus far, but i'm gonna give it a little more time to load and sync everything with the new software.

Any one have any luck figuring this out more?
