Contact Ringtones works w/ Jellybean Update

Have assigned individual ringtones to several contacts but only get the default ringtone when one of them calls.
(Company requires the use TouchDown for Smartphones which I thought might be "over-ruling" the fields, but I created some "Test Contacts" on the phone and still get the default ringtone no matter what ringtone I assign.)
Any suggestions?

HTC Sense 4.1
Software 2.13.651.1 710RD
HTC SDK API level 4.24

Thanks, I had searched / read those (I'll admit I haven't read all of "Update coming to HTC EVO 4G LTE"). Appears I'll wait for the update

Contact ringer resolved with Jellybean update (but lost Foxfi, it's always something)
