How do you activate a different keyboard from Play?

I downloaded and installed the Ice Cream Sandwich Keyboard from Play.
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

In Settings > Language & Keyboard > Keyboards & Input methods

It's there and I turned it "ON"

But in messaging app, I can't figure out how to get it to use the new keyboard.

I've done a hard restart...no change.

Ok. I just realized you have to go into the Swype keyboard and then select input method. That's weird.

Also when the keyboard pops up you should the keyboard icon in the status bar, drag it down and choose your keyboard
