Message undelivered errors wont stop.

Since jellybean update, randomly get "message not delivered" errors and asking me to retry, but they are actually going through, so I am sending some texts multiple times and driving people nuts. happening in both Handscent and native messanger. Is this happening to anyone else, is there a fix? driving me nuts. i have had every EVO, first real issue I have had with any of them. Thanks in advance if anyone can help me.

Not having this issue and I send about 50 to 100 texts a day.
