Can't access internal storage

Before updating to JB, when I plugged into my pc, I would have the option to select "media sync", which would give me access to the pictures and music in the internal memory (not the memory card). Since JB, that option no longer appears. There is am option for HTC sync manager, but that doesn't access the INTERNAL memory.

Anyone know how to get into the files on the internal memory on my PC?

when you plug the phone in windows will give you the option of how you want to proceed... select view folders and it should display all memory types. Make sure phone is in USB sharing mode.

That's the problem... When I select to view folders, it only shows the memory card, not the internal memory. I do have the usb sharing on.

Now you have me wondering if the issue is on my computer, like maybe I have to update drivers or something. But I've tried this on 2 computers and no dice either time.
