Can someone help me figure out my storage issues

I can't seem to figure out what's going on. I keep seeing tons of "other" storage and don't know what it is or how to empty it.

How do I find out what is in this "other" category? Is there some app or program I could use? Any tips?

My ext sd card has plenty of space. I'm running meanbean 3.09 if that makes a diff.

Have you tried selecting the make more space box?

Are you using HTC Watch app?
Found a bug in that. It will DL a movie and sometimes wouldnt delete it when i asked it to.
