4.3 - screen will never sleep while charging gone?

I cannot find this option for the life of me. Is it gone with the 4.3 update?

Use daydream mode. Settings >> Display, gestures and buttons >> Daydream. Download Clock Plus, DashClock Widget, Hale Alarm if you want a clock. All 3 are excellent.

Other 4.3 device manufacturers have Clock and I think it should be part of HTC versions. Clock Plus is from the android developer of Clock.
