Hey guys, I just discovered earlier today some lines across the display of my phone- looks like streaks of dead pixels all of the sudden. I have no idea how or why this happened, it was fine earlier today.
I'm guessing its physical damage as it persists across reboots and launch screens. My question is- will TEP cover something like this? I know its an old phone and I could probably just buy an LCD on ebay and take my chances replacing it myself, but if TEP will cover this for free I'd rather go that route.
I know TEP changed a lot of their policies, I have no idea what they do or don't cover these days.
