I download it and install it. Then it says that i have to download the new deamon version. So I download that. I have learned I have to reboot my phone after that or it will get all messed up. Then I go back to the app and i plug my phone into the hdmi port on my tv. I change to the correct hdmi input. I click enable it says enabled. My tv goes black for about 15 seconds then goes back to the LG logo floating around the tv and the app says it's enabled
I am running a custom kernel as it suggested so thats not the problem I am also running the stock rom as well.
