Update a rom?

Hey im using [ROM]-[RLS2.5-8/05/11]-KInGdOm ReWiND 3D-[2.3.3]-[Sense 3.0] and rooted using revolutionary. I have the full rom installed but now there is an update for it. Can anyone let me know how to install that update zip file

Just wipe your cache and dalvik and flash as normal. Only time you have to wipe data when updating is when the dev of the rom says.
