Battery Issues with deck

I am flashed deck 1.3 and been using it for few days. I noticed that even though I am using the seideo extended battery , I am only 4 hrs battery life .

Dont know whats causing such low battery life , did anyone noticed the same thing and what did they tried to fix it.

Never had a problem. Try flashing a new kernel. You can also try the build before to see if that helps it.

Flashing a different kernel will not effect ROM in any way right.
I used to have random reboot issues with decks version before this one.

Nope won't change the rom what so ever.

Check your charger or battery. To discharge a 3500mah battery in 4hrs it would be hot as hell. I get 2 days out of mine with moderate use.

I tend to always go back to deck 1.3 with Tiamat 3.3.7+sbc when I want an AOSP instead of Sense ROM. If you flash it and set minimum to 128 and max to 499 you should get very good time on the battery.

Oh, and calibrate your battery after you flash a Rom. Charge to 100% then calibrate.

Food for thought. Wipe the battery stats in the recovery.

ive had similar battery issues in the past with decks... but mine are more sporadic. Every so often (maybe once every 2-3 weeks) i'll take my phone off the charger, then maybe not even 10 mins later my battery is down to around 50-55%. It happens so randomly and infrequently, that i just plug it back in to charge again and problem solved. Im using a Tiamat kernal with decks 1.3e.
