ok so, i just rooted my phone put cm7.1.0 and dident click backup exsitting rom when it loaded up it was ok.. i turned my phone off and when i turn it back on it goes to fastboot recovery hboot ect... what should i do any ideas?

Go into recovery do a complete wipe and flash the rom again.

how do i flash the rom again i dident backup or restore when i turn my phone on it just goes to bootloader i can go into recovervy etc..

Go into recovery, flash the rom zip file. Let me guess, you flashed the rom the first time with rom manager and never have done it through recovery?

yes my computer isent reading the htc evo in usb mass storage what else can i do in recovery?

Use your card reader. Place the rom zip file on the root of the SD card. Place the card back into the phone. Flash from there.

If you phone isn't registering via USB, you will need to use a micro SD Card adapter and plug it into your computer/laptop. Oncve your computer recognizes your SD Card, drag the ROM Zip File to it. Then put the SD Card back into your phone and install it in recovery mode.
