I've been trying to download our all day and yesterday...lol. The latest build of AOKP was doing fine for about 2 days but now has a lag I usually thought reserved for phones who only had a 600mhz processor. I need to throw Decks on there to see if any improvement.

I've noticed the download issues, but I've downloaded it twice now with no problems from I just haven't had much time lately to play with the phone.

I have a "back up" phone we'll call it, that I don't use as a regular phone to flash these roms. The only thing I know is that the wi-fi works and the camera hangs with motion. It still works just no preview. I would say that this is the smoothest Rom yet out of the fleet. Still waiting to see what the beta looks like to flash to my regular phone but I'm getting the itch. It's close...

By fleet, do you mean all the ICS Roms?

Same here as well but downloaded via desktop and and slapped it on the SD that way and worked fine.
DON'T LOAD GAPPS, THEY'RE ALREADY IN THERE.
I double Wiped Data, Cache, and Dalvik. Just a suggestion but i sure as heck
didn't want to leave ANY sort of dingleberry behind.

Rom has worked great for a day. No complaints on this end as of yet. No crashes, no forces, etc.
This will be my daily, i freakin' love this rom.
To some of you some of you complainers. The Camera WORKS!!!
I know the camera has been on Deck's brain for weeks now, I'm just glad he now has a little more free time since the camera issue is somewhat solved.

Assuming Deck choose the best kernel so i wouldn't dare try anything else with it for now, but i'm tempted.

If I'm not mistaken, 4G doesn't work in any EVO ICS ROM. No until they get an official Sprint ICS ROM with Wimax built in do they can pull the necessary files of it. Not to mention since Wimax is being phased out, I wouldn't expect it anytime soon. No worries because Sprint is doing so much back end work its not even funny. I get almost a meg a second on 3G here at work now.
