trying to get back to stock from swagged out cricket to sprint

Hey everyone!!
I picked up a evo 4g for the wifey yesterday, got it from a friend. He rooted it and flashed it with swagged out so he can use it on crickets service. I did not know that he completely erased the sd card. I am completely stumped with what I can do. Ive tried the basics with running a ruu and what not with no luck. Heres the info off the phone... if you need more please let me know. Ive been searching on every forum I can find. Ive literally been up since yesterday at 5pm working on this. Please help!

when loading it wont read the sd card to find the pc36img file

there wasnt even clockworkmod on it to get into recovery....

The phone works for the most part. major issue is i cannot recieve incoming calls at all!!!

beleive you would have to flash radio http:/http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=715485 then maybe a different rom that would support it...

I would try a new SD card wipe the phone twice out of he recovery menu.. get a stock rom and put it on a new SD card and try that first.

But that's the thing: there's no custom recovery, and the stock recovery may not be able to help him.
