So, I'm trying to install the unrevoked HBOOT and it's not working. When I follow the directions at file:///C:/Users/Erin%20Rubenstein/Desktop/unrevoked/hboot%20driver.htm

When I try to get to the hboot screen near the very beginning I get the following error:
Main Version is older!
Update Fail!
Do you want to reboot device? (then the standard volume up/down yes now).

If I reboot, it starts the phone up normally and i"m back where I started from. When I choose not to reboot I get to the appropriate HBOOT screen that has the HBOOT USB option at the bottom (the part in the process linked above that says hit down vol 4 times then power). After going through the SD Check again it goes back to the error I listed. So, I get trapped in a loop and never actually get to HBOOT.
Bottom line: I never get to this step:
Connect the phone to your Windows machine with a USB cable and wait for the phone to say HBOOT USB PLUG on screen.

Anyone able to help?
