Need Quick Help - Are these files okay for root?

I am about to root to cyanogen RC2 and I am using these instructions:

How To: Unlock NAND on the HTC Evo 4G | TheUnlockr

I'm ready to rock and roll but I just want to make sure that the PC136IMG and other files on that site are going to be good/okay/trustworthy/the best for me to use? Can someone please provide me with a link to other ones if I should not use or trust or if there are better ones out there.

Hey. This is after you are rooted. This is unlocking nand, which is after being rooted.

Otherwise, the steps on that website seem correct.
It was posted a month ago. I don't remember when that HTC update was... but I hope before it.

Use toast's method via XDA
