Question About Rooting?

I just need to know if it is necessary to change your ROM when you root or can I keep the current ROM because all I wanna do is add the ability to use Wi-Fi tethering? I do not want to give up HTC Sense UI with root. Sorry, new to the whole rooting thing and thinking of giving it a try. Thanks!!

You Dont need to flash a different rom...

Yup. You can keep stock sense and be rooted... but why would you do that!! Lol. You're missing out on all the fun! There are tons of find that have sense along with some bonus stuff... I say go for it!

Cool! So there are some Sense UI root ROMs out there that keep everything I have now and add some additional stuff? Which ROM would you recommend?

ummm No... but who cares!!!!!! just do a Nand back up of your Current set up flash something new Set that up if you like it great...
