Default Weird question about music player/widgets

If I uninstall the stock music app and install the music mod from the market; will the Pure Music widget work with it?

I've got everything backed up. I'm probably gonna try it either way. I was just wondering if anyone had any experiences.

Why would you want to do that...

You can always just use the Apps Widget no need to delete stock

Because I specifically want to use the Pure Music widget. I think the stock music player/widget is **** ugly.

The Pure Music widget lets me use a transparent background, and change the text to whatever color I want.

The problem is that it only works with the stock player. Music Mod is based on the stock player. That's why I was wondering.

FYI: The answer to my question is no.

Oh well, it was worth a shot. Back to the stock player for me!
